Basil Tahini Mushroom Pasta



 ½ C Tahini
2 t Olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 lemon juiced
1 cup fresh Basil Leaves
 Salt and Pepper
½ cup water
1 lb Chick Pea Pasta
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes
¾ lbs Cremini Mushrooms


  1. Combine all ingredients for the Basil Tahini Sauce- Mix Tahini, Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Basil Chopped, Salt and Pepper
  2. Cook Pasta al dente.
  3. Cut Tomatoes in half add to pasta. Slice mushrooms add to pasta.

This recipe can be done as a hot pasta dish or keep it cool for the summertime salad BBQ!!
