Chicken Salad



Chicken Thighs (3) and Breast (3) or use a Rotisserie Chicken
2 T. Olive Oil
2/3 C. Tahini
½ C Water
1 freshly Squeezed Lemon
3 Garlic Cloves Diced or Dorot Gardens
½ bag of Sugar Snap Peas diced
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
¼ C Toasted Sesame Seeds


  1. Make your favorite Tahini Recipe… Mixing tahini, water, Lemon Juice, Garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Once tahini is made and seasoned add in the chicken, Snap Peas and Peppers, mix well.
  3. Serve over salad or in pita. Top with Toasted Sesame Seeds.
