Classic Hummus

 

Ingredients:

1 15oz can of Chickpeas
¼ cup of liquid from Chickpea can
4 T Lemon Juice
2 T. Mighty Sesame Tahini
2 Cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in Blender (I use a Nutra-Bullet)
  2. Get it to desired consistency adding water to thin out or more Tahini to thicken
