Grilled Skewers with Cucumber Dill Tahini and Creamy Avocado Tahini Garnish

 

Yogurt Tahini Dip with Avocado

Ingredients:

2 Avocados
½ C Greek Yogurt
3 T. Fresh Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ t. Cumin
¼ t. Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine Avocado, Yogurt, lemon juice, Salt, Cumin and ½ C MS Tahini Sc.
  2. Mix until desired consistency.

 

Yogurt Tahini Dip with Cucumber

Ingredients:

1.5 C. Cucumber (We used Kirby or Baby)
¼  C Buttermilk
¼ C. Greek Yogurt
2T. Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to Taste
¼ Fresh Dill

Directions

  1. Mix and Blend Cucumbers, Buttermilk, Yogurt, Lemon Juice, S&P and ½ MS Tahini Sauce until smooth.
