Shrimp and Rice with Tahini Lime Sauce



1 pound large Shrimp 16/20
1 T. olive oil
4 cloves Dorot garlic minced
3 T. Tahini
1 T. Lime zest
4 T. Lime Juice
1 T  Dorot Turmeric
2 t Sriracha Chili Sc.
1 t. Ground Black Pepper
3 T. Butter
1/2 C. Cilantro Chopped
4 T. Scallions


  1. Cook Shrimp in large pot until half way done as you will add to rest of ingredients to finish cooking.
  2. Mix Tahini, oil, lime zest and juice, sriracha, and pepper in bowl. Mix well.
  3. Heat butter in large skillet. Add Turmeric Lime Tahini sauce. Let cook 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to continue to cook until done. Don’t over cook..
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add Cilantro and Scallions for taste and garnish.
