Chocolate Syrup Topping


2 Cloves Dorot Garlic
1 C. Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ C MS Tahini
1 T Olive Oil
2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
¼ Crispy Head of Iceberg Lettuce
3 T White Vin.
2C. Rough Chopped herbs Basil, Dill, Tarragon, and Parsley
2 T. Hot Cherry Peppers
Kosher Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Mix Garlic, Yogurt, Tahini, Olive Oil, Vinagar, Hot Cherry Peppers S&P to Taste Drizzle over Romaine, Basil, Dill, Tarragon and Parsley Mix.
  2. Then topped with Iceberg with more dressing on top to finish.
