Ginger Garlic Dressing


Dressing ingredients:

1/3 C Mighty Sesame Tahini
1T. Fresh Ginger minced
2 cloves fresh garlic chopped
1T Rice vinegar
1 tsp. black sesame seeds
2 tsp. Maple Syrup
2T Water

Salad Mix Ingredients:

1 Head Romaine Lettuce (I grilled on BBQ outside)
½ Cup Shredded Carrots
¼ Chopped Scallions
½ Cup Shredded Cabbage
½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes
½ Cup Chickpeas drained and rinsed


  1. In bowl mix all dressing ingredients whisk all together to make dressing.
  2. Drizzle over Salad mix.
  3. Finish with Freshly ground black pepper.
