Greek Pasta Salad w Tahini



12 oz Pasta we used tri colored
1 can Chic Peas drained
1 Red Peppered Diced
1 cup Cherry Peppers (we cut ours in half)
1 Cup Baby Cucumbers sliced
½ C Kalamata Olives
½ C Thin sliced Red Onion
3 T. Fresh Dill Rough Chop
½ T. Red Pepper Flakes

Tahini Sauce:

1/3 C. Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/3 C. Water
1 Lemon Juiced
3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
½ t Salt


  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Add all Tahini dressing ingredients to bowl and whisk. After cooking the pasta we let it cool. Once cool add to bowl with dressing and all vegetables.
  3. As we mentioned this salad can be finished and served hot or cold.
