Moroccan Chicken with Yogurt Tahini Sauce



Dry Marinade for Chicken:

1T Cumin
1T Coriander
1T Smoked Paprika
2 T Chopped fresh Thyme
1 T Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 T Salt

Yogurt Tahini Sauce:

¾ C Low fat Yogurt
½ C Tahini
2T Honey
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2T Chopped Cilantro
½ Squeezed Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Other Ingredients:

1lb Chicken Thighs cut into strips
3 lg. Onions shredded
1 head Cabbage Shredded


  1. Sauté Chicken in olive oil and butter until done.
  2. Sauté Cabbage and onions until done.
  3. Add all Yogurt Tahini sauce ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Serve it anyway you like, today we put it all inside a pita. Or you can put on top of salad or make a panini!
