Sesame Chicken Lettuce Wraps


Chocolate Syrup Topping


1T Olive Oil
1 Lb Chicken Thighs
2-3 Cloves Garlic
2T Ginger
1-8oz Can Water Chestnuts
3 Green Onions
1 Head Boston Bib or Romaine Lettuce


  1. Make Tahini Sauce – In small bowl mix all ingredients. Tahini, Soy Sc., Garlic, Ginger, Rice Wine Vin. Maple syrup and water or Chicken stock to thin out sauce.
  2. Sautee Diced Chicken thighs water chestnuts w sesame oil  in large pan or wok. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Once chicken is done mix directly with Tahini Sauce adding Scallions.
  4. Wrap hot chicken mixture in lettuce wraps… Mmm, that’s good!!
