14 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
½ cup tahini
1 ½ cups AP flour
1 t baking powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup rum
½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix chocolate, tahini, orange juice, rum ad powdered sugar. Incorporate all ingredients well.
- Sift in flour, adding slowly. When finished add baking powder. Mix well but do not over mix.
- Pour into a greased 8” baking pan. Bake for 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when brownies are pierced.
- Cool, cut and serve.
